Wong was a Petty Officer at Pax River and also the person who murdered his colleague, fellow Petty Officer Chris Gordon. But unlike his colleagues who expressed remorse and guilt for Gordon's death, Wong didn't have any guilt over what had happened while still insisting that it was an accident, hinting that Wong might be a psychopath or a sociopath.
