Synopsis

Matt Burns, a political blogger who has been giving NCIS a negative press in regards to the death of a young Naval officer, Rod Arnett, dies after being pushed off a bridge. The team investigate Burns's death as well as the possibility that they might have blown the investigation into Arnett's death. Meanwhile, having returned to NCIS, Ziva applies in hopes of becoming an NCIS Special Agent.

Major EventsEdit
- Ziva returns to active duty and then resigns from Mossad for good as she wants to become an NCIS agent.
- Gibbs reveals that he's never taken a polygraph test.
- In an attempt to get information from Metro PD, McGee and DiNozzo break into the compound but are promptly arrested.
- Gibbs then hands over Will Suton, the sandwich shop owner who murdered Matt Burns to Metro PD in exchange for McGee and DiNozzo's arrests being expunged from the system.
