Tali' (presumably Talia) David was the younger sister of Ziva David and younger half-sister of Ari Haswari.

Little is known about her, except that she was killed in a Hamas suicide bombing at age sixteen and that she was "the best of them". Ziva also says that Tali had compassion, following on from her statement that she was the best of them.

In Shell Shock Part 2 (episode), it's revealed that Tali's birthday is or was November 21st and as such, her sister Ziva David goes to the opera in honor of Tali every year on her birthday.
