SynopsisEdit

Gibbs and the team must work with ICE and the FBI after a security breach at the SECNAV's residence results in the death of an ICE agent. Meanwhile, Tony finally comes face-to-face with Ziva's former partner and boyfriend, Michael Rivkin with their meeting leading up to an explosive confrontation between the two men that threatens to throw the entire NCIS team into disarray...

• Abby reveals that she's an expert in poker.
• Tony and Michael Rivkin meet each other for the first time.
• Rule 11 is revealed to be "When the job is done, walk away".
• Things come to a head when Tony and Michael get into a fight at Ziva's apartment which ends with Tony being forced to shoot Rivkin when Rivkin attempts to stab him with a piece of glass.
