Scoutmaster (also called "Scout Leader" or "The Scoutmaster") is an unnamed man.
Biography[]
Pre-Series[]
Not much is known about his life but it's presumed the Scoutmaster was born and raised in an unknown state.
JAG Season 8[]
The Scoutmaster made his first and only appearance in the JAG Season 8/NCIS backdoor pilot episode, Ice Queen (episode) where he and another unknown Scoutmaster were seen at an archery shooting range with fifteen children.
He watched as Marcus (Ice Queen) and Billy successfully hit their targets but when Tommy failed to hit his assigned target with the other kids laughing while Marcus wondered if Tommy was aiming for Maryland, the Scoutmaster noted Tommy would never get his archery pin that way.
Upon asking Tommy to go retrieve the arrow, he and the other scoutmaster collected the respective arrows, only for things to presumably go horribly wrong when it was revealed that Tommy's arrow had hit a body.
Eventually, with the scene closed off and agents from NCIS- Naval Criminal Investigative Service dispatched to the park, the Scoutmaster and his young charges were left waiting to be interviewed.
Upon the arrival of members of the NCIS Major Case Response Team, NCIS Special Agent Vivian Blackadder interviewed the Scoutmaster who now hysterical or rather, greatly distressed told her that the corpse didn't have a face.
With Viv asking more questions, the Scoutmaster revealed that he'd puked upon seeing the body and had promptly called the police before telling Viv she has no idea how horrible it was with Viv encouraging him to suck it up for the sake of the youngsters.
