Sarah McGee is the sister of Agent Timothy McGee.

Sarah McGee is the sister of Tim McGee. Sarah is first mentioned in the episode "See No Evil", Tim mentioned Sarah when he told Kate 'remind me to introduce you to my little sister,' after Kate made a comment about little girls not being slobs.

Her first appearance occurred in the episode "Red Cell" when she took over his online roleplaying game after his departure. In this episode she was seen wearing an MIT sweatshirt.

The episode "Twisted Sister" centered on Sarah. Sarah was the prime suspect in the death of naval officer. The nature of her involvement was difficult to ascertain because she had been drugged and as a result of the temporary amnesia she suffered she for a time, believing that she killed him.

Tim conducted a preliminary without the knowledge of NCIS, and was eventually caught. The rest of the team then continued investigation and exposed the real killer, one of the cheerleaders at her school. It was revealed that her only involvement with the sailor occurred when she pulled out the knife, and attempted to save his life. which is how she got the sailor's blood on her.
