Rudi Haas was a Marine Sergeant who was in a relationship with Maddie Tyler.

While serving in Iraq, Haas encountered Danny Coyle and Brian Judd but Haas got greedy and presumbly wanted more.

Realizing that Haas was becoming a liability, Coyle and Judd nailed him to the ground of the elevator lift where Haas while inserting metal nails through his hands which happened to be coated with the oil of a blue-fin tuna and to which Haas was deathly allergic to.

He went into anaphylactic shock and died almost immediately with the Major Case Response Team later discovering his body.
