Primo Monteleone is a member of a law enforcement civilian team led by Lieutenant Cheney and also the counterpart to Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo.

Like DiNozzo, Monteleone is often on the receiving end of Cheney's head slaps and also dishes them out to Todd Miller who like Timothy McGee is the Probie and presumably the youngest and newest member of their team.
