Synopsis

In the aftermath of the explosion on board the U.S.S. Brewer, NCIS and the entire Navy race against the clock to find and stop who is responsible for causing the blast while battling to stop a global security crisis. When a similar device is found on the U.S.S. Benjamin Franklin which is docked in Italy, Tony and Ziva head to Italy to investigate and in doing so, are reunited with DiNozzo's predecessor.

- Abby later confirms that the person responsible for the terrorist attacks on the Navy ships is businessman Harper Dearing.
