Michael Bashan was a Mossad officer attached to the Israeli embassy in Washington, DC

When Ziva was on the run in Shalom (episode), she requested to see Officer Bashan. He knew both Ziva and Eli David and commented on how Eli regrets his distant relationship with Ziva.

Bashan ordered the Unnamed Mossad Security Officer to escort Ziva to the guest quarters at the Embassy and remove her weapons.

However, Ziva knocked the Officer out and escaped with Bashan's laptop.
