Mary Mouser (born May 9, 1996) is an American actress who played Kelly Gibbs with Mouser appearing in the NCIS Season 3 episode, Honor Code (episode) as well as the NCIS Season 3 finale episodes, Hiatus Part 1 (episode) and Hiatus Part 2 (episode).
She also appeared in the NCIS Season 4 episode, Escaped (episode) and Witch Hunt (episode) as the NCIS Season 7 episode, Mother's Day (episode) and Patriot Down (episode) as well as the NCIS Season 8 premiere episode, Spider and the Fly (episode).
Her final appearance came in the NCIS 200th/Season 9 episode, Life Before His Eyes (episode).
