Mario Vincetti was a man who invaded NCIS in a secret compartment in a taxi cab driven by Joe Kelly. Mario was hired by a person named "Scaletti" to retrieve evidence that would ensure that the trial would go in his favor, a trial that NCIS Forensic Scientist Abigail Sciuto also happened to be working on.

Luckily though, NCIS caught onto the scheme and arrested both Kelly and Vincetti.
