Judgment Day Part 1 is the first of a two part episode from NCIS Season Five.

Judgment Day was the two-part season finale of Season 5 of the series NCIS. It was the episodes that concluded the mysterious undercover operation Jenny Shepard and Leroy Jethro Gibbs completed. Part One followed Jenny and Mike Franks as they attempt to figure out who killed Special Agent William Decker. They travel to Decker's abandoned Diner where they waited for the killer to arrive. Part One ended with a brutal shootout that between Jenny and four other men who arrived at the Diner in an SUV and with their own automatic weapons. Tony and Ziva, who were assigned to protected Jenny at the funeral, become distressed when they find the Director's car at a beach in Los Angeles, only to find a crime scene and the Director's absence. They locate Jenny in the desert and when they travel to the location, they find her dead, along with four other men.
