Jeffrey White was a serial killer responsible for stealing Iraqi antiques as well as killing countless people.

White even realized that he'd had an abusive childhood with his father regularly beating him.

After realizing that White could hold the key to the location of the antiques, NCIS let him escape along with undercover agent Anthony DiNozzo and the two began a journey across the area with Agents Leroy Jethro Gibbs and Caitlin Todd following him while back in Washington, Abigail Sciuto and Timothy McGee handled the technological side of things.

White eventually learned DiNozzo's true identity and attempted to kill him but DiNozzo got there first, shooting and killing White. DiNozzo regretted it, saying that he was starting grow fond of White.
