Fredric Lehne (born February 3, 1959) is an American actor who appeared in the JAG Season 7 episode, Odd Man Out (episode) as Captain Banes and the JAG Season 10 episode, There Goes the Neighborhood (episode) as Commander Mark Collins.
He later guest-starred in the NCIS Season 1 episode, Dead Man Talking (episode) as Graves.
