Evan Davidson was a Petty Officer in the United States Navy and also a budding serial killer who was murdered by One Club owner, Scott Pell when Davidson attempted to kill Lisa Delgado by forcing her to drink poison. Pell saved Delgado and forced Davidson to drink his own prison, killing the Petty Officer before dumping his body in an abandoned restaurant.

After a couple discovered Davidson's body, NCIS were called to investigate and formed a temporary partnership with Metro Police Department to help arrest Davidson's killer, not realizing that Davidson himself had been a serial killer.

When he killed Sandra Thompson, Davidson left a bloody bootprint behind which was later revealed to be a message, saying "Dead Whore" while at the scene where his body was found, NCIS discovered a message that had been written in Thompson's blood with the words, "Expect more".

Pell who had been responsible for Davidson's death eventually died in a gunfight between NCIS Agent Anthony DiNozzo and Metro Detective John Carson.

Modus OperandiEdit

Davidson's M.O was poison. He would force his victims to drink alcohol that was dosed with poison that would result in their deaths.
