Dwayne Wilson was a rookie NCIS Agent who was temporarily assigned to Leroy Jethro Gibbs's team to help with a bank robbery at Quantico.

During a talk with Anthony DiNozzo, Dwayne revealed that he became an NCIS Special Agent because his father who was a Vietnam veteran and who had been accused of murder was eventually cleared thanks to the work of an NIS Agent which in turn inspired Dwayne to become an NCIS Agent.
