The Director's Office is where NCIS Director Leon Vance works with the office having previously belonged to his predecessor, Jennifer Shepard and presumably Thomas Morrow.
In recent years, the Office has had a SCIF or Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility added to it, allowing Vance to discuss any highly classified or secretive information can be discussed without any interruptions.
