Catherine Reynolds was a woman who was at a psych ward at Bethesda and also one of the people involved in the murder of Petty Officer Jessica Smith.

Reynolds had checked herself into the ward to get treatment for nymphomania, a condition that makes the user always eager to have sex. As such, she began having sex with Corpsman Timothy Morgan and as such had a thing for Anthony DiNozzo, much to his dismay, even remarking that he was cute when Agent Timothy McGee came to interview her.

She later checked out of the ward and reunited with her lover, Lynn Simons, who had been recently discharged from the Navy. Having taken the money that Petty Officer Vetter had hidden in the bank, she attempted to get away but Agents DiNozzo and Caitlin Todd swept in, arresting the two of them.
