The Beretta 92 (also Beretta 96 and Beretta 98) is a series of semi-automatic pistols designed and manufactured by Beretta of Italy.
In "NCIS", numerous personnel associated with the United States military, either the Marine Corps or Navy have been seen wielding the Beretta with one notable example being the Season 2 premiere episode, See No Evil (episode) where Kyle Grayson is holding the gun during a stand-off between NCIS Special Agents Anthony DiNozzo and Caitlin Todd while Grayson holds Julie Watson hostage.
