Ben Robinson is a retired NCIS Agent who attended the recent NCIS review conference. The conference was a deception orchestrated by Director's Vance and David to expose the mastermind behind orchestrated the assassination of Jenny Shepard and the attempted assassinations of both Leon Vance and Eli David.
