Abog Galib was an undercover agent with NCIS who had his neck and throat slashed by Abu Sayyaf member, PinPin Pula, killing Galib instantly. Pula then dumped Galib's body in an oil drum in a lone room before taking over Galib's identity to help carry out his plans of blowing up the Cape Fear which he succeeded in doing, killing himself and the Cape Fear crew in the process.
